Emergency Requests

• This process may be invoked only in an emergency circumstance, defined as a circumstance carrying an immediate threat of death or serious physical harm to a natural person.
• The requester must first send the Emergency Form to: emergency@go-text.me (include EMERGENCY in the subject of the email).
• The request must be issued by a law enforcement agency or official government entity, and sent from an email address of the requesting agency or entity.
• TextMe CANNOT PROVIDE A GPS LOCATION.
• Emergency requests are not subject to cost reimbursement.

Non-Emergency Requests

• TextMe accepts service of subpoenas, warrants, and court orders from law enforcement, subject to cost reimbursement, at abuse@go-text.me. To ensure the processing of your request, please email it to abuse@go-text.me. Please do not send law enforcement information requests via physical mail..
• TextMe is not able to respond to requests for end-user information unless the request is made via a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or search warrant), is issued by a law enforcement agency or official government entity, and is sent from an email address of the requesting agency or entity;
• Non-official requests, including verbal and letter requests, will not be processed.
• Requests must contain the name and contact information of the individual law enforcement agent or government representative who is authorized to serve the request.
• Requests must include a TextMe phone number Requests must indicate a specific period of time.
• Requests are subject to cost reimbursement (see below).
• Requests are handled in the order received, subject to pending expedited requests. Responses are generally provided within 5 business days. Expedited responses will generally be provided within 3 business days.
  

Cost Reimbursement

For information requests related to subscriber information, the fee is $75. Up to a maximum of 3 phone numbers will be included in this fee.

Notarized document will be charged an additional $200. Special requests are subject to additional costs. You may pay via PayPal, check, or credit card.
